The AI features offered by Trianon are tools to assist, not to replace personal judgment or professional advice.
All content, code, interfaces, and brand elements on Trianon are owned or licensed by DeltaStudios. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission. The use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property displayed or provided.
Trianon may generate content through AI based on user prompts. While we aim for responsible and useful outputs, we cannot guarantee their accuracy, safety, or appropriateness. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any generated information. DeltaStudios disclaims liability for content resulting from user-provided input.
DeltaStudios reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Trianon at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or use the service in a manner that is unlawful or disruptive to other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any guarantees of availability, performance, or error-free operation. DeltaStudios makes no warranties, express or implied, and does not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeltaStudios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or harm caused by reliance on AI outputs. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. You agree to resolve any disputes with DeltaStudios in good faith before pursuing legal action.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of Trianon after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
